Top, Lazy Oaf, £20
I love this black and white colour combination and found this long sleeve knee length top at Lazy Oaf, a UK independent brand that started off with humble beginnings as a London market stall and has grown to being one of the coolest brands, stocked by retailers such as Selfridges and ASOS. All items are hand printed and made in the Lazy Oaf studios. I found this little gem at their sample sale in East London and love the bold print and design choice. Amazing Aztecs..
Black Aztec Print Jumper, The End, £25 |
First of all, I'd like to apologise for the poor quality images. These were snapped just as I was going out on my iphone.
So I have noticed a lot of Aztec prints on the high street lately and this is one of my recent buys from The End, a store filled with glamorous pieces based in Watford. My favourite part of the store is the labels which are handwritten and add which celeb or fashion collection the clothing or accessory is inspired by which is definitely a great touch. I teamed my jumper with blue skinny jeans, my tatty devine necklace and Uggs for a casual but funky look. Tip: Don't over accessorise with Aztec prints, the print is a statement in itself and doesn't need extra attention. Go simple with it.

Geek Chic: Moo Eyewear
Moo Eyewear: Unique eyewear from London based designer
Moo Eyewear is to put it quite simply, one of the most exciting fashion pieces I have seen from young London based designer Moo Piyasombatkul and has already caught the eye of celebrities such as Lady GaGa who wore these to her X factor performance in the UK. A friend of mine had the pleasure of studying alongside the very talented Moo Piyasombatkul, who is originally from Thailand. She created this intricate collection for her Graduate range at the London College of Fashion and was spotted by Browns, one of the most prominent fashion stores in London. No doubt her eyewear will be a huge success and these are the only things that will make me stop wearing my contacts! I can't wait to get my hands on a pair and will definitely embrace my inner geek. Buy these at Browns Fashion and find your inner geek too!

Just Devine: Tatty Devine Jewellery
RRP £55.00 |
So my first post is about the fabulous Tatty Devine. This quirky cool brand make handmade jewellery and have recently celebrated the launch of their first book which details how to hand make jewellery yourself. I first came across the brand through a friend who use to work for them and is obsessed with their stuff. Think random: 3d banana brooches, huge dinosaur skeleton necklaces, cartoon eyes rings and so on. My favourite has to be the personalised glittery necklaces which spell out whatever your heart pleases! Check out the one I got as a gift from friends, really does make any outfit extra special! I wear mine with plain tops to make it really stand out with a funky print cardigan and skinny jeans. Love Tatty too and check out their stuff online.
